For me, creating art began as a way to escape depression but it slowly evolved into a powerful tool for self reflection. The more I learned about myself, the more I sought to understand the world around me, creating intricate designs and giving them as gifts to loved ones. Things escalated quickly from there and my interest in art became a full blown obsession. It no longer mattered if I was feeling happy or sad, determined or afraid, angry or serene. I was just fascinated with capturing the beauty of whatever I was feeling at the moment. There is something for everyone within these collections but before I became Arthur the Artist, I never would have imagined that I’d be sharing my art in this way. But when I see the positive impact it’s had on myself and those around me, I feel driven to share my work as much as possible and send more positive ripples out into the world!
